Welcome Epic Mousseau!
Today I am a proud new papa of baby Epic. 26lbs of joy and happiness. This bundle of joy has instantly gravitated to her father and will certainly be a daddy's girl. Epic took her first snowy ride today in Lake Orion, Michigan. She will be joining the group in a few short months for some serious riding....Matt

Spinning is back!!
Happy New Year to all!
Just a quick note to let you know that spinning sessions will begin this Wednesday (5th).
Session time from 7:00 sharp to 8:00 p.m. The sessions are being opened to anyone who would like to attend. Non-members can buy a two month membership…$40 per month and then join the spinning for free. If any of you would like to come to an odd class or two and do not want to buy a membership because you already have a membership at another gym, let me or Dave or Craig know. We can see if we can get you a pass or two.
Can you please let me know if you will be attending this first session, and do you plan to attended fairly regularly?
Looking forward to getting back in the saddle.
