This movie is coming Wednesday, Feb 2, 7:00 at Devonshire.  Any interested?

Spinning is back!!

Happy New Year to all!

Just a quick note to let you know that spinning sessions will begin this Wednesday (5^th).

Session time from 7:00 sharp to 8:00 p.m. The sessions are being opened to anyone who would like to attend. Non-members can buy a two month membership…$40 per month and then join the spinning for free.  If any of you would like to come to an odd class or two and do not want to buy a membership because you already have a membership at another gym, let me or Dave or Craig know. We can see if we can get you a pass or two.

Can you please let me know if you will be attending this first session, and do you plan to attended fairly regularly?
